I bet you most of these people could have simply walked

Garbage?I live here it’s a garbage city and people who claim its goat are either born here with all family ties or can’t move out so lie to themselves. Only foreigners and 20 year old female dream of living here and that’s most Manhattan. Counting down days until I’m out of this place.

I was referring to the people that take it a couple stop or a walkable distanceFrom 96th and Broadway to the BX?
I be walking my ass off and even I wouldn't attempt that![]()
When shyt like this happens I start walking, a few times I had to walk from W 225th st to W 181st
W 225th in the BX?
And once you get to Inwood/Dyckman it's a dope walk depending on what time of day

It would take like an hour walk from 96th and Broadway to get to like Mott Haven lol
Yes, it was 11:30pm

Just curious, what don't you like about it?
I would say everyone needs to live in NYC for a short while (1 -2 years max)
1) crowded
2) dirty
3) weather trash 10 months out the year
4) expensive
5) lack of space
6) public transportation
8) in my line of work some of the staff extremely lazy compared to other cities
Pros
1) any type of food you want
2) native NYers are some of the friendliest and most interesting people I’ve met
3) something to do 365 days a year
