I've realized number #1 rule of a Socialist supporter is to ignore the fact that the Government has to have a monopoly on certain aspects of society for Socialism to exist. And when Government are failing in those aspects, pretend Socialism has nothing to do with the government

Landlord trying to find a way to pump carbon monoxide in that apartment as we speak

if the man is harmed by that or dies from it, the landlord will be liable since they're suppose to have Carbon monoxide detectors in the residence.

I don't subscribe to the whole socialism thing...but I want to highlight that there are plenty of landlords who don't do this shyt in NYC

Especially in places like Crown Heights, which is undergoing massive gentrification

Crown Heights had a chance to elect Michael Hollingsworth, who would have fought against shyt like this
