I don't even think he would have gotten fired if they didn't win. Very little talent on that team along with all those draft picks that you mentioned they ha to give him another year.

From an actual football standpoint I feel you, but keeping a coach that went 0-16 seems like it would be too tough to sell to the public

Arians ain't going nowhere bruh that team underachieved and just won coach of the year last year I think.

He's going to be able to finally draft HIS Qb and they will be fine next year

I don't think they're gonna draft a QB. If Carson retires they'll need a QB and I think they'll go after Romo. This draft isn't great for QBs and AZ is in win now mode. But I agree that Arians isn't goin anywhere

Despite his mistakes he doesn't have a roster you can compete with. I think he needs another season

McCoy should be out in SD
Rex is out
Marvin Lewis is team took a huge step back this yr but he's got them to the playoffs consistently the past 4 years

Rex and Bowles should get another year, especially Rex. Bills suffered a lot of injuries and they were still competitive.

Marvin and pagano should be out. Everyone else should get another year imo

Is money an issue doe? Its not like Tomsula had an outrageous contract...the team and organization look terrible, I'm just looking at SF and they're one of the worst teams in the league and don't seem to be improving in any areas

When you're spending about 15 million between 3 coaches then yes it becomes an issue. The organization is a mess from the top down. Gotta get rid of the owner and GM before you'll see any significant improvements.

As much as I want it to happen and as much as it SHOULD happen I don't see Pagano getting fired. It would take Indy collasping against the Jags at home this week.

It won't happen because they just gave him a four year extension. Also Irsay is pilled up and thinks this is a good team.

This was Irsay back in October:

This guy seems to believe that we are just the victim of bad bounces and are a 10+ win team. Maybe he surprises me and does it, but I don't see it.

Pride. Jed don't wanna admit he fukked up 3 coaching hires after firing Harbs for no reason.....especially after Harbs got Michigan looking like a traditional power again. It took a screw job by the refs to get OSU that win otherwise they're in the playoffs this year.

Truth be told we're excited af that Payton is coming back. Y'all are destined to be a mediocre team that doesn't draft well, is elite offensively and terrible defensively as long as Payton is there
