Despite his mistakes he doesn't have a roster you can compete with. I think he needs another season

Marvin Lewis is team took a huge step back this yr but he's got them to the playoffs consistently the past 4 years

This team a lost cause, chip kelly gonna go but we squandered our drafts and not really a free agent destination cause our qb situation.

I don't think they're gonna draft a QB. If Carson retires they'll need a QB and I think they'll go after Romo. This draft isn't great for QBs and AZ is in win now mode. But I agree that Arians isn't goin anywhere

they are/were only in "win now" mode because of palmer and fitz. the cards aint planning around neither one of these dudes anymore so i doubt they're ready to boot arians over a down year or two. arians is very capable of guiding a transition and developing new talent - which is where AZ is heading. plus AZ aint no marquee franchise, it's in their interest to hold steady at HC.

mike mccarthy is another one, packers are stale as fukk. i don't know if it's him or their gm's doing, but they need a revamp. basically whatever rodgers does mccarthy is along for the ride - good or bad - dude seems to have no fukking vision for the team outside of "rodgers...go do it "

I still think Arizona with a capable veteran QB can win that division. They've got an offense with a lot of options, David Johnson is a top 3 back and the defense is capable. I don't see them sitting around trying to groom a young QB when they have the pieces to compete now

that's because rodgers woke up and montgomery broke out...this is the exact reason he's sitting there stale as fukk. they're in a weak to ok division so the packers are always in the mix, and when rodgers plays well, they win - simple. this has nothing to do with mccarthy, dude is a lame duck at this point, nothing motivational or refreshing coming from him.

in fact, this is how yall got stuck with mike smith so damn long. a super talented high powered offense that couldn't do shyt in the post-season. how you got all those 11+ win seasons and only one playoff win to show for it ? at least we made the most of our 4 year revival :sadniners:

coaches shouldn't get to ride along for 5-8 years when it's clear they contribute nothing just like i don't believe many of these dudes need to be prematurely canned (1-2.5 seasons) when they have nothing to work with.

MM is a decent head coach. He just needs to let go of play calling and hire someone outside the organization to install a real offense

Nah Mike Smith was a good guy who helped rebuild the organization after Vick and Petrino left the team in shambles. His problem was that he wasn't an innovator or X & O type guy and rarely could match wits with coaches of that ilk so in the playoffs he'd/we'd get exposed. Also he was a defensive coach of a team that could never get its defense above middle of the pack. It's a little different from McCarthy who has actually won consistently in the playoffs

When you look back Harbaugh molded all the talent from the McCloughan era

Bowman
Gore
Davis
Crabtree

And so on

2011 looked like a winner of a draft with Aldon and Kaep, but both of those have flamed out

2012 was one of the absolute worst drafts I can ever recall.

Then he drafted a ton of injured players instead of filling with BPA

Baalkes best attribute I say would be FA pickups
