Alright, this will burn a workday. Lol

THE ASSIGNMENT: We have 32 positions and 32 teams.
Make the best team you can with only one team per position. You get all the players that ever played for that team at that position.

For example: of course Deion is the first CB you think of, and he is the preeminent Falcon. But if you choose Falcons for CB,
you can’t choose Falcons for any other position listed. But your saving grace is Deion was also a 49er, Cowboy, Raven, and…Commander -
so you may have a deeper pool of talented teammates with those franchises.

I will give a template for you to fill, and I will drop mine for comparison/fights.

To clarify:

1. OT and OG are considered different positions, therefore different teams must be used?

2. What about safety? Is free different than strong?

3. KR is different than PR in terms of teams?

4. When you get a player from that team, ie. Deion on Baltimore, he's gonna be not that good, correct? You're getting the player in that moment, ie . 2004 Deion?

The biggest question is are we taking they player based on their performance on that specific team? If you take Jerry Rice, are we taking his time with the 49er's or can I put him on Seattle with the same value he had when he was with the 49er's? I'm going to assume you're talking about how they performed with the specific franchise?

WR 49ers (Rice, Taylor, T.O. J.J. Stokes, Isaac Bruce, Crabtree, Deebo)

We are going off the Honor system LOL.

When we see “WR Seahawks”, our minds are more likely to think Largent, Galloway, Blades, Kearse, Baldwin…that’s not a bad lineup though.

IMO, the hardest part of this is: is Seattle so much better with WR than at any other position all-Time?

The easiest election of all is Barry Sanders as RB because to be frank, no other lions would be worthy to be selected.

EDIT: wait you're selecting position UNITS, not just an individual player as starter?

Yes, position units - the ENTIRETY of the position unit…for EACH and ALL teams…FOR-EV-ER.

FOR.

Very good questions, Sir.

1. Yes. But since you have 2 OGs and 2 OTs in a formation, that allows for 4 (different) team selections.

2. Yes. Free is different from Strong. There is also a Nickelback option that is not striated.

3. Yes. KR is different than PR just like real life. So 2 different team selections.

4. Yes, you get Baltimore Deion - but he wasn’t terrible, right? Therein lies the challenge, my friend!
