U just have to dive and hope u swipe the runners leg
But the pulling to the ground thing is basically what a hip drop isYou wrap them up and you pull them to the ground.

the nfl saw the Pollard injury. the Mark Andrews injury on the tackle. Pat Mahomes getting injured in the playoffs vs the Jags. then saw the college injury of Jordan Travis from that tackle and saw it needed to be out the game
No disrespect broGood. Not dirty, just crazy unsafe
That tackle happens 1000s of times during the season and we only get two handful of "catastrophic" injuries (in college and in the pros). Hate to sound callous but Travis should've slid or got down instead of fighting for extra yardage. The onus being put on the defense to do the "right play" instead of the opposite is BS but fukk it, aim for the knees.the nfl saw the Pollard injury. the Mark Andrews injury on the tackle. This. Posters on here literally defying laws of gravity by juelzing about this its comical. No disrespect bro
I ain’t never met anyone who played defense in their life who is tryna break someone leg by doing the hip drop
It’s literally a technique they taught us, wrap up and drop your weight
shyt like this just makes defenders think twice before making a play, which ironically gets people hurt more
