If a 'regular' woman goes into someone's personal stuff and find all their medications and tells people, that's makes them a shytty person.
If a person that has access to his medical records (Dr., dentist, health insurance carrier etc), and tells people then THAT is a hipaa violation. If I were his Hygienist and I saw that he had herpes, and I told balleralert, then I would be the one with the issue (fired, fined etc)
