They didn't start their career with a lame duck coach like Matt Eberflus. They'e had 1 coach their entire career. It's pointless to just just compare players like that with no context.

Drew Brees didn't really hit his stride until year 6.

Peyton Manning wasn't even great statistically year 2. He had 26 TDs to 15 INTs.

Caleb is showing enough flashes in a new system to be encouraged. They had 6 drops today so his numbers should have been much better.

Peyton Manning was great statstically in 99. 26 td to 15 was excellent, back then..esp with over 4000 yards. Totally different era of football. They went from 3-13 to 13-3,.in.one season, for a reason. Manning was one of the main reasons..

I agree...also with how Bills focus more on defense in draft....I would expect better performance on that side of field. I do know their defensive injuries play a role over the years.

It's also crazy how Bills haven't drafted a WR 1st round during Allen's time there thus far. He needs more help
