JT needed the Colts to get the 1 seed, Bills to catch New England, and Seahawks to catch LA for his case to have a realistic shot.

Because its 50/50 and if you're just straight up better, it shouldn't ever get to that point outside of pure luck.
Constantly going down to the wire doesn't inspire confidence in anyone outside of fans.
It also means someone isn't doing their job on one side of the ball.
