There's so many head coaches that don't trust their starting QB, but even worse than them is Aaron Glenn. He trusts Justin Fields entirely too much because Fields should be benched. If Glenn didn't get the Flores package aka paid more to lose then this is an insane choice for a person to make.

not one of them panned out

NFL teams need to go back to properly developing QBs.

They need to stop throwing them out to start and fail if you don’t have a good team around them…..

Lowkey this may be the best thing for Shedeur at the moment

Cuz the way the game is now…. If you struggle early And look bad at the beginning of your career.
