The most murders Chicago has ever had in any given year was 943 in 1992, thats not anywhere close to 1300. Gary has never sniffed 500 murders in any year, their high was 110 in 94

the most murders we ever had was back in 1974(970)..

The once-muscular mill town just three miles down the shore from Chicago saw a record 110 killings in 1993. That works out to a rate of 91 murders per 100,000, which will vault Gary past Washington, D.C., where the rate has been holding at about 75 per 100,000.
Just looked it up, you're right, 92 was second most. And yeah, Chicago always been wild as fukk, thats why it trips me out when everybody says Chicago is a war zone now just because of all the media attention, when it was way worse back in the late 80'2 early 90's
Deadly End To Deadly Year - Chicago Tribune
Gary was murder cap throughout most of the 90's but that was per capita. 500 murders in a city of 100,000 would be literally over 5 times worse than any murder rate any city in this country has ever seen
. When the bulls won they shot in the air like crazyFredo telling that nikka 'don't die tryna get famous' is as ruthless as it gets.
