There is a cool story to the Cavs' black sleaved jerseys (they had never lost in them or something so they wore them in that pivotal game 5 to make a statement and then again in game 7, right?) but beyond that, I don't feel for them

it's hard to even call it a trend since no one wanted them to begin with

lmao for real. Teams were essentially forced to wear them because Adidas just kept trying to make them happen and the NBA rules have a minimum quota for alternate jerseys that all teams have to meet.
