It’s not women’s job to be your mother or grandmother. You are an adult. If traditions are only kept alive by one half of people it’s not gonna survive. And frankly if you sit back and let traditions die because someone else isn’t doing xyz…you don’t give a fukk about the tradition either.

This is largely a modern American failure. Italian men know how to cook, and keep their family food traditions alive. Asian men keep their family food traditions alive. Even Mexican dudes, arguably the most sexist men on earth, will keep their cooking traditions alive. Yet you can’t make a biscuit because…why exactly? It’s not your job? What is your job, tradition wise? What do you contribute to your family tradition?

I don't get the insecurity on this forum - literally EVERYTHING has to be turned back to attacking black women. One of the front-page links right now is about a Black pastor who left his black wife for the white girl he was cheating with after their daughter died....and one of the most-dapped comments is a rant about how "women are evil!!!"

women like this are weirdos. a man can do basically anything a woman can do, and often better than she can. one of the things most men do not want to do is cook, so women traditionally have done that. if women start saying what all they ain't gonna do, then what do men need them for exactly? there's supposed to be things the woman does and things the men does.

My grandparents had 9 kids and both found time to cook for all the kids, these new age women just don't want to admit that they're lazy. My mother makes 6 figures and would still cook for us when we stayed at home.

I noticed it with my ex and with some of the new females I talk to. All they literally do is complain about working. Then get mad at me for having 3 days off like I never did shyt and didn’t work my way to my position.

Chick I turnover with came in complaining about working her shift, complaining about migraines, about the other dude she has to turnover with, working an overnight shift, etc., and I’m like I did that same shift ALONE… by myself for almost 2 years and never complained as much as she did in 2 months.
