Because he has a pretty good resume. He also has a lot of highly respected people in the game that back him. There is no doubt he is an innovator. Had that Eagles offense clicking with Sam fukking Bradford and a bunch of number 2s and 3s.

If all he does is coach I think we are good to go. One thing is for sure. Whether it's Kaep or Blaine the offense will be the best this franchise has seen in over a decade.
