In reality, his college offensive schemes do not translate well in the NFL. He will need to re-invent himself to the NFL standards in terms of offensive schemes.

On top of that he needs to fall back with the egotistical talk about his play calling not being executed properly. No, its your offensive schemes that have been figured out already.
