Well, first they came out with the first gamepad, not joystick and a button, then remembrr the Robot controller that the robot would push A and B, I had that the robot would never push the buttons correctly, but he looks cool lifting his arms. Then they had the glove controller which went on your fist but you still pushed the button on the side, Then with Super nintendo they made alot of buttons then with N64 they had a Dinosaur Claw as controller with 1 trigger, weirdest controller in history. Then Gamecube controller was all out of order in shapes, The Wii Controller the magic wand that couldn't feel right being played regular, now the Wii U controller which is Ipad like with the display twice like who needs to see the samething over but I guess its neat. Oh I forgot the Running Pad Controller that you ran off of. Nintendo has done stuff with controllers. If they dont go out in history as nothing else they have forever controllerized the universe. Lol..

Nintendo and Sega the only two that never kept the same controller format, even tho dualshock feels great and xbox Sega like controller is cool. Hm

I actually thought that controller was terrible.

The SNES laid out the blueprint that has since been refined by Microsoft and Sony.

:childplease: liquid go to bed.. holding that shyt by the middle and the side was :ahh::ooh:

there are so many problems with that controller its silly to debate it.

So you grab it in the middle...do you realize how difficult for people with small hands to push the left trigger button holding it in the middle like you say you did?

There is a reason why the design was abandoned and went with a similar form factor as the xbox and ps2 controller...

snes was the best controller, it was the standard format, for all controllers before sony dropped the ps1 controller that added the additional trigger. like someone else said its just been refined.

You wouldnt have to hit the left trigger. When you used the middle stick, the Z button doubled as the left trig.
