I still want a Wii U just so I can play the new school Mario, Smash Bros, Zelda, Metroid and all the classic first Party Nintendo games. I imagine they'll all be pretty cheap around September.
there is no zelda or metroid

They need games that appeal to more than hardcore Nintendo fans. They will never gain traction among the Playstation/Xbox crowd with the same Mario/Zelda/Donkey Kong shyt. Games like Xenoblade and Bayonetta 2 were a good start(I bought a Wii U for those games) They need to double down on more games like that.
I have trust in Nintendo, but some of their recent decisions have been questionable.
Just give me Mario at launch (and not that 2D New Super Mario Brothers shyt either). Please
They need a big game out the gate anyway. Mario games never disappoint.
That's a cross-platform game that's coming out on the Wii U too. The need a specific NX exclusive. If they were smart, it'd be a Mario game, preferably SM3DW2, Super Mario Galaxy 3, or something new. None of that New SMB shyt though (those games are kinda shifty).

i offered my son a wii u last Christmas and he hit withFucc Nintendo, getting my kid a PS4 this Christmas![]()

Nintendo has been on a trajectory for a while now. The Wii U is the rule not the exception. The Wii is actually the exception. Look at their home console sales and every home console with the exception of the Wii has sold around 10-15 million less than the system before it.Another thread full of people that think they're smarter than a 100+ year old company that is still massively profitable

The NES outsold the SNES which outsold the N64 which outsold the Gamecube which was outsold by the Wii while the Wii U sold worse that the Gamecube.
Why in a mostly growing industry has that been the case? The fact that something hasn't happened yet is not proof that it won't happen.
