Just because you "can" doesn't mean that you "should", especially when Nintendo is already known for banning accounts when they detect custom firmware
Never had a single issue in the lifespan of the hack/switch but cool . I wouldn’t go online with the new one if it’s hacked though.. that’s just dumb

Definitely got my flashed 360 banned from online back in the day :russ:

But I played Bioshock, Fallout 3 and Dead Space before they got me :banderas:

With that being said, it only stopped you from getting on Xbox Live. It didn't brick your console from playing games - that's new territory.

I still have mine lol.. it isn’t banned caused I stayed offline lol
