If you skim what is being said then yes, but otherwise there is enough nuisance for this to be a story TODAY.

I'm not 100% sure what this entails myself but I believe its a preventative measure that they foresaw
The ONLY THING I foresee in terms of piracy is the Mig Switch which works and Nintendo can't do anything about it... YET

People putting that Mig Switch in their Switch 2 are getting online bans. Likely renders the console useless because 90% of games are on Game Key Cards that require a download to even play the game. Also means you should never buy a Switch 2 2nd hand unless you can test it and connect to Nintendo servers online before paying.

If we're being real there's not much reason to put a Mig Switch in a Switch 2 console anyway because of those games needing to be downloaded. Better to just have an old Switch for that.
