ya I ended up doing that when I got the switch lite...I rebought a bunch of indie games I already had on xbox when I went on vacation...shyt is great for playing indie games in handheld mode/on the switch lite

That WD40 Contact Cleaner spray might help you clean up whatever's causing the drift. I've had mixed results with it on my joy cons but it has saved a couple
