I don't think people realize how crazy this shyt is gonna sell once they release Pokémon Stars. Pokémon Go might've died down but that app put the public eye back on the franchise. Sun & Moon sales were through the roof

That because sun and Moon already had the install base. The 3ds has been out for years. Asking people to justify 300 plus for an enhanced port is pretty crazy. But at the same time, it makes me wonder why there aren't any monster hunter rumors.

Nintendo can suffer losses of a quarter billion dollars until the year 2052 until they go bankrupt bruh. They're worth over 20 Billion USD. Only about 4 Billion is generated by sales. See what I mean by breathing room for failure?

Pokemon Go and Super Mario Run are not failures my nikka. Pokemon Go revenue is almost at a billion dollars and Nintendo recieves 19% of it's revenue (so almost 190million usd) Even if Pokemon hype slowed down (it was so hype it was searched on the internet more than porn) it's still generates more revenue than than apps have on their best day. Super Mario Run BROKE Pokemon's download and first week sales record and has only been out a month. It's already made over 70 mil.

and peep this man... I know most of y'all think Nintendo has failed again but lets wait and see.

Once you know, all their dumb luck and dumb mistakes make sense because its their core philosophy and why they keep taking innovative risks.

This is why they keep throwing hail mary's to see if it'll work or not.

and because they have so much money, they can get away with it.

That and they have an install base that's willing to put up with a lot of shyt. Could you imagine if Microsoft inherited Sega's fans and convinced them the Xbox series was as segas spiritual successor? They've have a legion of cats eating out of their hands buying whatever they would mark with the Sega logo.

I would like to but I can't imagine for the simple fact Microsoft can't even get all those cool Japanese exclusives like Sega used to. We saw what they did with the last one (Scalebound)

they had a bunch with the first system. jet set future, sega gt, panzer dragoon and gunvalkrie. but they either failed to capitalize, or seriously didnt want to. especially when the xbox controller looks like an evolution of the dreamcast controller

to generate PS4 and Xbox one graphics power would require more energy consumption then the chips would allow on a mobile profile

it can happen but then your battery life will go from 3 hours to 6 hours before charge to an hour or so.

Perhaps they should have avoided the mobile thing in the first place as that's not going to sell and more power would have meant more third party support. It just doesn't make sense to me with the direction they go.

And it's still going to sell less than B&W.

3DS sold more than Wii U but some of y'all think it did gangbusters. Ps4 is already about to pass it up in sales. Heck 3DS sales have been doing for like 4 years straight and it will be Nintendo's worst selling handheld. People won't be putting up with Nintendo's BS hardware for much longer.

It did? Pokemon has always sold. Sun & Moon became the fastest selling, but it didn't make it go through the roof. It hasn't sold as much as XY or Ruby/Sap remakes. Granted those have been out for a couple years..but when the dust settles it'll probably be around the same amount, stars included.
