No disrespect ... but are the Celtics the weakest 1 seed in NBA history?

2012 Bulls easily. Only 50 wins and a 1st round loss.

Miss me with that injury bullshyt, that team wasn't winning shyt.
Only 50? That was the best record in the league that year :stopitslime:. Then add the fact that their size was a terrible matchup for Boston and Bosh was out until game 5 of the conference finals too (he averaged 23/8 against the bulls in the conference finals so his absence would've been massive). If :deadrose: doesn't happen, there's a good chance they're in the finals. The correct answer is one of those 2000-2004 east teams or the pacers team that had Roy Thabeet posting double nothings regularly in the playoffs.

I have Kidd over them. No matter what garbage was put out there, Kidd made sure they all did something to at least be in contention. You couldn't stop Kidd because he controlled everything. The problem in both Finals was that they had no size to compete against Shaq or Timmy and that where you really saw how a team in which your 2nd best player being eh...Kittles wasn't gonna cut it. Van Horn was the 2nd best in 1st Finals.
This C's team overachieved through hella coaching. I really don't expect much.

The Celtics ain't that bad. I actually like their team a lot and feel like they're built for the playoffs.

Isaiah Thomas was a top 5 MVP candidate, 5'8 breh putting up 30 per game and was one of the most dominant 4Q players of All-Time...

Bradley, Crowder, and Smart on the perimeter, those are three All-NBA caliber defenders.

Horford in the middle, he's not a dominant scorer or rebounder but he's arguably the best passing big in the league next to Jokic averaging 5 assists.

Tough players like Amir Johnson and Terry Rozier, and Jaylen Brown looks like a X-Factor guy as a rookie.

They won't make the Finals but they're a hard nosed team better than the one seeds in the East of the early 00's IMO.

Never seen a nikka put up numbers like I.T. and get disrespected...

This dude put up Iverson numbers on better efficiency :hhh:
On a 46/38/91 shooting slash in about 7-8 fewer minutes too. Then those same AI stans will argue that Iverson was better than Curry or Wade though :hhh:

I don't want to motivate them, but maan....I like their future, but if the underachieving ass Bulls can beat them, I wouldn't be surprised...
