the front 7 was already coming together last year, secondary looks improved. Slay and Bentley give corner depth that has lacked for years, Quin is a stable guy in the deep end

also starting to see Reiff progress, hes athletic with good feet. looking like a longterm answer @ LT

Being pessimistic, I can't tell if tonight was about the Lions being good or the Giants being one of the worst teams in the league. I need to see many more games like this, but it was definitely a good start. We can all agree that the clock-chewing drive to close out the game was a thing of beauty.

Coaching has me happy. Not Cadwell but O and D cords. Called perfect games. Also was sooooooo nice to see blitzing. How many times last few years 3rd and long and four man rush qb has all time in world. We brought the house. This is first win in long time that I felt coaching had to do with the product on the field.

Cadwell should make an infomercial of the second half. With him talking about this is what happens when you play mistake free football. And play that bytch 24/7

I dont think we are giving Slay enough credit, he stuck with his mtchup all game and a lot of times that was the reason Ely could not make a play. Dude covered a lot of the field and he is mos def a future star to me. Great pick Lions
