We've demonstrated nothing to be this confident breh. Yesterday was better than to be lucky than good. We had the chance to put them away and honestly, we didn't. The Jets, did what we normally do, kill themselves. I guess that is a weird way to view progress, but that is what it was, a race to the bottom and the Jets beat us there. Yesterday shouldn't have been as close as it was.

Lions couldnt score off the turnovers and if geno smith had a pulse the jets may have pulled that game out yesterday. A horrible interception and a terrible fumble with him not seeing or feeling the blitz. Real stafford like
I know they get timely running, but overall the running game is.they need a running back

but a road win is always good no matter how you get it.
Just dont be lionsesque and drop one at home you shoulda won to even it out

Reggie's best run yesterday was when he bounced outside past whoever was blitzing. My question is why do they insist on running him between the tackles instead doing a toss or sweep where he can have some room to work?

i'd like to see a stat on % of outside runs/ inside runs for Bush. Going back to last season Bush had several big gains running up the middle. My thing is you cant be all the way exclusive either way, and have to try to run up the middle.

Of course we have to in order to keep the defense honest. Also, our other RBs were hurt so we were stuck yesterday.

I wonder what ole Matt was doing out that late/early. Maybe headed to Allen Park? (I couldn't tell from the pics which direction/side he was chilling on with everybody else walking the freeway )




On a sidenote Wisenhunt isn't doing too good in Tennessee. You mean to tell me he didn't want to team up with Tron and Stafford. I'm glad we got Caldwell instead

Wasn't Wisenhunt gripe about bringing the 3-4 here? He changed the Titans to the 3-4, so those reports may have legitimate. Austin is looking like the most important hire so far. Like you said tho-all these weapons for an 'offensive mastermind' to be play with. Probably was scared of expectations and used the defense as an excuse

Yeah You're right about the 3-4. I think that was the main beef. Matt being on Southfield fwy is hilarious to me (just jivin on his reason) , the Lions sent a vehicle to pick him up ASAP lol.
