Really? this country been a country since 1776 and I asked when voting has EVER changed anything and youre trying to point to some 2008 shyt and making excuses why it didnt change shyt... think about that.
Not to mention youre suggesting that niccaz went into the voting booth and marked the paper for Barack and walked out likecome on dude... Barry had the House AND the Senate after that election. WHAT THE FUKC HAS CHANGED?
I know it hurts all you Waka Flocka fans to think a little but gotdamn.
the thing is even if you have this long-winded rationalization about why you don't vote, you essentially do the same thing as the person that's just too lazy to get out and vote
And they reap the same ups and downs as those who did? So what you saying?
Well, what did he say?I'm assuming a lot of nikkas are calling DL Hughley a c00n because of that shyt he said about the girl's basketball team that Imus shat on?
He was right, though.....that team DID have some nappy-ass heads. Shouldn't have called 'em hoes, though.
I'm sayin you don't need all these excuses to explain why you don't do something that takes an effort
Voting doesn't take any effort. U go to some place and push a button or pull a lever. It's done in like 30 seconds. I vote but I don't know why I vote nor do I really care why.
going some place and pushing a button is an effort. I'm not arguing that it's "difficult", just that it takes the initiative to actually do something differently than you do every other day. it's much easier to not vote, then to vote
Most voting places I've seen are where people go everyday. At the time it's people paying people to vote and telling people who to vote for. My issue is these people are voting but do they even know who they are voting for and why they are voting? Wouldn't it be better if they didn't vote as they have no clue about whats going on?
I vote but I don't know why I vote nor do I really care why.

yeah "people" go there everyday, but it's been awhile since I've had an excuse to go to an elementary school
but yeah, getting educated on what's on the ballot is part of the "effort". you might have to <gasp> think about the issues and figure out where you stand. or you could avoid all that pesky thinking and not vote
basically 50% of eligible voters don't vote (even more in non-presidential elections). do you think they're all protesting the process, or just lazy?
I'm not gonna say they are lazy, i don't know them. Most are unaware or simply don't care. Again I ask why harp on those who don't vote, when you have people who do vote and have zero grasp of whats going on? People who vote based on what their union says, or what their father says or who they pay you to vote for.
When you sing the ABC song, do you start from the beginning and go to the end, or do you just randomly recite letters?
