Hersh's story is def plausible. Scale debatable. But plausible!
The issue isn’t the plausibility it’s the slant.
You could write the same article with the title,
“Putin and Russian oligarchs are undermining the war effort in Ukraine by selling fuel to the UKRAINE military.”
Beyond the headline the article acknowledges many of those accused of stealing money were relieved of their command.
But what really makes it look like propaganda is suggesting the executive branch has no clue what the intelligence community knows

I think this article is correct, the reporter is solid and judging by the overall tone of the white house, they dont really know what to do besides throwing taxpayer money at the problem hoping it creates a solution
