genes do u have?My diet is just OK. Only recently I've been paying attention since I have been stagnant at the gym. I was stuck on 245 bench and trying to get 405 squat for about 4 months. Then I started eating 5000 cals, 200g protein and all my lifts went up.Dumb idea.
