Is there a track where G got arguably out rapped?

No.
Even on take'eem ta war.
Both spit the guest verse of a lifetime till g rap murders shyt.
Even on number one with a bullet with kane. Kane is arguably the best you ever heard on a posse cut. till g rap comes in and completely bodies kane.

G rap outraps every gangsta rap contemporary in history.
Then proceeds to completely embarrassss them nikkaz.
on two to tha head too tho.

Plus on live and let die. He murders the cliche gangsta rap sonic landscape.
past being murdered all time for a whole lp too.

G rap even kills it in don't curse too tho.

Only people i heard ready for g rap.
was mass hysteria but they were waiting.
at least a decade to fifteen years of prep time to do it tho.
