Onsite commander gave the order to wait because he thought the shooter had barracaded himself in a room and it was a hostage/baracade type situation. NOT a active shooter situation anymore. That's their story.

But as time goes on we'll see it's bullshyt and they were just p*ssy. Because they were getting 911 calls from inside the school the whole time

You’re 100% right man. It’s crazy that this SWAT team didn’t utilize any critical incident or rapid deployment tactics. Swat is supposed to be the elite arm of policing that trains specifically for these types of situation
