learned to pick my battles with religious people, i'll bow my head just to keep from causing trouble. the big issue is my family has a tradition of everyone saying a prayer on christmas, being forced to pray when you don't believe in "who" you're praying to is the worst but my parents are deep into church, therefore i won't disrepsect them with my heathenism


funny shyt is the people they go to church with always be trying to ask about me on the sly, like i'm some "woman of the world" cuz i don't go to church, yet damn near every chick under 30 at their church has a baby daddy (one chick is 26 with 4 baby daddies, had her first at 16)

But being thankful for whatever your family is about to partake in, and wishing for well being of others in your family and people around you is SOO hard to do, you satanic individuals can't even respectfully bow your heads and close your eyes for 30 seconds even if you're not a follower of that religion

Thats just the demon inside of you being perterbed around the spirit of God, that gives you that urge to look around make funny faces and be disrespectful.....it probably feels quite uncomfortable around multiple people filled with the grace of the Lord

The spiritual term is for people who don't want to be held accountable for believing in their bullshyt religions in the first place so they take the stuff they like and wrap it up in their own flavor.

actually, religious people are waaaaaaaaay more intolerant of non-believers than vice versa. i have 6 friends i can count who have deleted "non-believer" from their facebook lists because of status updates questioning/refuting god/religion, yet none of my non-religious friends have deleted people who constantly got a "praise be to god" "how blessed i am" status flooding their timelines. my girl just broke up with her bf of 4 yrs who was a good dude (as far as i know) because he refused to get into church (her decision, but don't turn around and be 40 looking back at that like )

Mocking him is just as sinful as anything else so, please stop your disgusting display of judgmental attitude, calling other satanic an demonic is a sin in the eyes of Jesus Christ are lord and savior whom already gave his life for their sins. Having to take a long hard look at ones satanic tendencies and daily activities is an uncomfortable experience for many of the demonic individuals in this forum. But have no fear friend, I am full of sin like everyone else, and there is only one Judge. God is forgiving to all so who am I to judge another person on this site when I live with the same short comings and flaws? So, I pray daily that my friends in here do not have to experience the Great White Throne Judgement. I am praying for you as I type this reply now. i will pray indeed for the less fortunate. i can't speak for most christians or athiest but i see good in every man, judgments not only implicates perfection but the very sin that put Jesus on the cross.

better than them? no, but do i live my life with better moral conviction, not being a blatant hypocrite to the religious values i pretend to love? yes. church people stay doing dirt all over the place then want to look down on those who don't go to church, when many non-church goers are living more correct than so-called christians

TBH, I fake the funk when these things happen. You know being non-religious there is no sacrament being broken if I do something that goes against my beliefs and the cost of doing so is small in this case, so...there is really no moral consequence in my book to be disingenuous, in this case, in an effort to minimize conflict.

However, if someone presses me on an opinion about the issue or I see something that just rubs me the wrong way I would without hesitation express my thoughts. If its relatively benign like a family practicing their tradition of doing prayer before meals I just follow along. I pick my battles and this one is harmless and not something to make a stand about in my book.
