better than them? no, but do i live my life with better moral conviction, not being a blatant hypocrite to the religious values i pretend to love? yes. church people stay doing dirt all over the place then want to look down on those who don't go to church, when many non-church goers are living more correct than so-called christians

Look what we have here, another non-believer who also knows the Hearts of every christian and passes judgement on an entire group of people based on her own limited and from what I'm reading extremely biased experiences.

So you had a few issues with what you perceived to be Christians judging you (more than likely encouraging you to live righteous) Now you have a better moral conviction than this whole group of people? Now they're all hypocrites? :usure:

I encourage you to read what you just said and actually reflect on it to see the extremely flawed logic in what was typed

I go to church with my aunt and cousin. Religious stuff aside they do have descent messages sometimes.

I bow my head when they are praying to respect the others wishes.

learned to pick my battles with religious people, i'll bow my head just to keep from causing trouble. the big issue is my family has a tradition of everyone saying a prayer on christmas, being forced to pray when you don't believe in "who" you're praying to is the worst :snoop: but my parents are deep into church, therefore i won't disrepsect them with my heathenism

funny shyt is the people they go to church with always be trying to ask about me on the sly, like i'm some "woman of the world" cuz i don't go to church, yet damn near every chick under 30 at their church has a baby daddy (one chick is 26 with 4 baby daddies, had her first at 16) :comeon:

Makes me laugh the most. The judgemental words when the chuch is full of kids and only about 2 married people in the whole damn thing.

And many church goers are living more correct than people who dont believe in God. Thats pointless to say.

Everyones a hypocrit and everyones a sinner. Anyone who looks down on others is wrong but people reccomending that you go to church arent doing so to criticize you but they want you to see you get right with God and get his forgiveness because you know, they are worried you will go to hell if you dont have that God insurance.

I don't say or do shyt when my religious family members are over. If I catch any family members trying to preach to any guests that I have over I check them pretty quickly.

Religious people stay trying to impose their rituals on everyone else like I'm supposed to respect the dead jewish zombie.

Religion continually loses because it gets NOTHING right. It can't even get factual understand about the univers correctly.

Like I said. I don't RESPECT your bullshyt. I will protect your right to believe it, but I won't defend it for you.

Its funny you say atheists don't have morality, but you don't even follow the entire bible...so whose morality are you using when you choose not to follow something in the book? :mjpls:

Oh...and on your comment on going to heaven? I hope you get into the right heaven. I know it'd suck to end up in Hindu Hell for you.

Pascals Wager never wins.
You sound like a miserable person, obviously because a lack of faith, but I'm sure you want to be miserable. But on the topic; you're like a shy stripper, you mak no sense, you're never going to get it.

completely untrue, spiritual ppl often believe in a higher force or a positive/negative force (could be god, energy, karma, whatever) yet they don't believe in the fairy tales that monotheistic religions tend to propagate. many eastern and indigenous "religions" are often spiritual beliefs & practices aimed at building compassion and self-reliance, not religion focused on relying on god and his 23876538 patron saints

actually, religious people are waaaaaaaaay more intolerant of non-believers than vice versa. i have 6 friends i can count who have deleted "non-believer" from their facebook lists because of status updates questioning/refuting god/religion, yet none of my non-religious friends have deleted people who constantly got a "praise be to god" "how blessed i am" status flooding their timelines. my girl just broke up with her bf of 4 yrs who was a good dude (as far as i know) because he refused to get into church (her decision, but don't turn around and be 40 looking back at that like )

Deleting someone off Facebook is intolerance now? Just take a look on here and see which group of people attack another group of people constantly. It's non believers always trying to prove they're right, they sound pretty unsure of themeselves to me :lolbron:

right, because there's really some firey pit that my soul is going to burn in forever :aicmon:

thus another reason i don't believe in christianity, you mean to tell me i'm supposed to believe everyone who isn't a chirstian is going to hell? stop that

no, i don't know the heart of every christian, but i've seen enough fukkery & hypocrisy come from religious folks to know that i don't see the need to join them in their beliefs....i also seen enough people living boring uptight lives because of religion to know i'm not fukking with them either.

yes, when you blatantly tell me you're tired of so and so posting anti-religious stuff yet you always post religious things, you're inability to deal with different belief systems (on a fukking social network) shows you're pretty intolerant to anything that doesn't go along with your beliefs.

i've never tried to dissuade someone from their religion, but if you keep asking me why i don't go to church or keep telling me to pray about it, then i'm going to tell you that i don't believe in that stuff, you're eventually going to spark the conversation of why i don't believe what you believe

This is the definition of judging my lady, which ironic because that seems to be what you claimed turned you off in the first place.

There are millions of Christians in the world who lead exciting, fulfilling, non "uptight" lives. A significantly larger amount than the small sample of people you've encountered that caused you to form this negative opinion you have. However I would be interested to hear what you consider to be boring because some of the most exciting and on fire people I know are fellow believers.

I disagree with your first comment, I have friends who delete each other for political comments all day, but they're still friends in real life. If you take social networking that seriously you might be too deep in the matrix, friend.

Now your second comment is actually the complete opposite, just look what goes on in the coli and go back in this thread and read my first comment and the fake napoleons comment. There's a huge contrast of understanding and tolerance between us, you can guess who's intolerant.

So all the atheists so far admit that they just sit there and implicity go along (keeping in silence) keeping up charades to avoid conflict?

Interesting.

what's interesting? especially if it's your family. you supposed come through your parents' house like "fukk YO RELIGION nikkaS....:eat:" It's called decorum, does it hurt a non-believer to just be silent and let them do their thing? I have a Muslim friend who sits through Christian friends' prayers, you don't usually disrespect your family and friends just to flex.
