Tipping is a hustle. Female waitress out there making bank, you out on a special occasion tip with you and yours makin like 30k or less while the waitress young pretty and dumb ass makin 60 for bringing ice water.

And notice how the pro tipping dudes trying to strong arm you into it by threatening to fukk with your meal. Like damn you gonna feed spit, shyt and semen to me and my little cousins over a few dollas? Really? A 6 year old should swallow jizz if you don't get five dollars?!

The owner at the restaurant I work at pays the severs and bartenders like once every quarter. The servers love it when they get cash. Me I usually tip 5 bucks at the most. I may be biased but the people who cook do the real work and should earn tips.

Funny thing is, you wanna be all mighty and brag like you don't give a fukk, but your eating food that most likely has snots, dirt, been dropped on the floor, rubbed in the grease that's been building up in the kitchen for years, etc, etc I don't condone a waiter doing that...but ...waiters remember a motherfukker that doesn't tip...you better not go back to the same spot. I'd rather tip what I should or more and not have my food fukked with

this is a cyse. i worked in a restaurant and unless its a shythole nobody is doing this. the liability and repercussions of getting caught are too much. nikkas just deal with it. you can be a bad tipper and not bother the waiter. it's the needy ass annoying people that irk the waiting staff. still... they aint spittin on shyt. and you're a piece of shyt if you let someone spit on something and serve it to people. you're a fukking coward to let that go on.​

I always tip, unless the person is absolutely horrible, even then they get a dollar.

For those of you who don't tip, I hope you guys are the one and done types and don't frequent these restaurants. Because believe it or not, the staff remembers shytty/good customers.

I`ve gotten hooked up with a free desert and other perks because I always tip good at Longhorn Steakhouse, staff remembers me and puts me on that call ahead list, always has me in a table with 10 minutes of getting there even if it's jam packed.

For you non-tippers, they`ll remember that too. And you gonna be eating food with a little extra flavor.

this is a cyse too. i tip good as hell and aint nobody rollin out the red carpet for a nikka on return trips. maybe cuz im black tho.

Hes right and wrong.

If a server has net sales of 500 dollars, they have to declare at least 10 per cent for tax purposes when they are cashing out at the end of the shift.

So if you tip them less than 10 per cent, they are paying taxes on income they never earned.

The flipside is when a servers net sales are 500 dollars, all in cash and they only declare ten per cent. Even though they made 100 dollars
