Now that the GTA 5 hype is dead, can we admit it wasnt the best GTA alltime?

It doesn't have any replay value at all and I'm totally bored of it now. It just feels like junk food - tastes good initially but no real substance. I don't have a desire to pick it up and play it again for a long time, if ever. I haven't even really fukked around with online too tough. It's a shame, because the way it was advertised before it's release you'd think it was gonna be the GOAT. People were taking time off work and shyt lol.

I wish VCS and SA came out for the PS3 instead with modern graphics.

I'm about to start playing SR2 again for the millionth time. I can't wait to revisit Stillwater.

San Andreas is the best ps2 game imo and the best in the franchise. i've been playing all V weekend and its solid, way better than IV. i got one question tho, in the single player whats the best way to get money so i can buy property? I just got to the mission where i have to use the submarine for the heist

Online is total garbage, should have made it simple like 4 but incorporate the money\being able to buy shyt aspect.

i think the problem with GTAV was the idea of using 3 main characters instead of 1

that concept hurts characters like Franklin...theres so much to his story that they left untouched (his gang ties - how do you not give us more missions involving the ballas & grove street families?, his back story, past life). Instead they pretty much turned him to lackey (towing cars for a crackhead and doing whatever Michael says)

cant really build a connection with them like you did with tommy vercetti or CJ


The way property works in this game is dissapointing to.
how can you have a casino & jail in the game and not use them in the main story at all?

Why drop the full online experience extra missions and such when a new system is coming out .............

Please believe GTA5 for the next generation will be suped up, I believe they purposely held back to get people to buy a a different version of the same game......

Of course more players will be on next gen etc.

The whole gta online concept is wack and really overated by R*.

If this game was as long as SA, had a prison break mission, GTA IV's driving physics, more airplanes flying around to make having a Fighter Jet worthwhile, GTA IV's cops AI... then you have a perfect GTA .

I think San Andreas is still the best one.
My biggest issue with GTA V is that I rather see them expand on the actual game instead of online, customization and all this other stuff that gets stale really quickly.
