Yea i was also debating on copping a cold press juicer, but then im hearing they are all hype and the difference between those and regular juicers are minimal, and cold pressed juicers are just the hip thing now thus the price premium. If i do continue to use supplements i was going to switch to vegan friendly ones just to avoid any crappy extras being added. You'd be better off getting a superfood in powder form and adding it to your water/almond milk/smoothies.
Moringa, Chlorella, Wheatgrass, Alfalfa, Black Seed Powder, Dandelion Root, etc, etc > any multi-vitamin
What are your thoughts on regular juicers vs cold pressed? A cold pressed juicer would run me 250-300+ and regular ones cost about half the price. When i finish using up my bodybuilding supplements im going to switch to vegan protein powders and pre workout vegan friendly BCAAs and veggie cap caffeine tabs since i work out fasted. From a dierary srand point my goal is to eat like a vegan or vegintarrien but add 4-8oz meat with the meals since i do believe meat is vital just not in the amount we normally intake.
