You'd be better off getting a superfood in powder form and adding it to your water/almond milk/smoothies.

Moringa, Chlorella, Wheatgrass, Alfalfa, Black Seed Powder, Dandelion Root, etc, etc > any multi-vitamin
Yea i was also debating on copping a cold press juicer, but then im hearing they are all hype and the difference between those and regular juicers are minimal, and cold pressed juicers are just the hip thing now thus the price premium. If i do continue to use supplements i was going to switch to vegan friendly ones just to avoid any crappy extras being added.

What are your thoughts on regular juicers vs cold pressed? A cold pressed juicer would run me 250-300+ and regular ones cost about half the price. When i finish using up my bodybuilding supplements im going to switch to vegan protein powders and pre workout vegan friendly BCAAs and veggie cap caffeine tabs since i work out fasted. From a dierary srand point my goal is to eat like a vegan or vegintarrien but add 4-8oz meat with the meals since i do believe meat is vital just not in the amount we normally intake.

I was just listening to something the other day about people being "uglier" b/se of nutrition .... It wasn't a diss to people, but really talking about the dimensions of the face changing negatively.

Simply put

Good looks = health.

Here are the foundations of good looks.
Healthy weight range (Lean and muscular for men)
Clear skin
Clean straight white teeth
Symmetrical face
Well-developed jawline and chin
Hair(Thick hair, good hairline, good growth)
The package I call it.

And all this is impacted by diet, environment and somewhat lifestyle. A lot of the damage done to people happens during the development phase. If you eat a diet void of real nutrient and live in an environment like today which messes up your endocrine system, it is really a surprise people are uglier today than ever before. They aren’t ugly because of genetic but suffered from maldevelopment.

The problem with medical industry and cosmetic industry is that they solve the end product. Like a child needs his teeth to be corrected or jawline to be fix, They will use abrasive methods to fix the problem. It works only to an extent. But they aren’t addressing the underlying issue. Look at breast cancer. Instead of informing women what really causes breast cancer, you have women today cutting of their breast because they think they might have the breast cancer gene. :mindblown: This is the world we live in and modern medical science.

When all this could easily have been prevented with a healthy nutrient dense diet free of processed food. Look at Africans and Asians in underdeveloped areas. Sure they might be poor but they are radiant healthy people
