I'm not sure what's worse, the NY post possibly costing this man his job for speaking up on police brutality, or this being ignored by ignorant Booth posters more worried about whats in that man's pocket and if hes "real" or not about some shyt he's never denied in the first place :snoop:

ka is dope. theres been "articles" that have "outed" him as a NYFD employee before. who cares. always thought it was dope he held down a legit 9-5 and was able to write/rap and not compromise his art. hes a true artist. also :salute::salute::salute: to him and his wife owning a milli+ brownstone. hope dude doesn't get fired over this but they got unions for this type of shyt. :salute:to him . the yen lo stuff is flames . anyone remotely thinking of clowning on this guy should one themselves ASAP. go commit that. he was able to legitimately move out of brownsville to a dr huxtable block and also create dope music on the side and is a well respected rapper/artist

Damn, he stacking :ehh:

$150,000 from the FDNY+rap money off shows, merchandise, and album sales and he's indie...

I hope he doesn't get fired the FDNY is overwhelmingly white. Since, it's a city job with a union it's going to be hard to fire him dude could appeal and be on paid absence for years making six figure salary like teachers in the "rubber room". As a captain dude's record as a fire fighter is probably great.

See brehs you can cake off the FDNY. They were recruiting in a train station in the BX for fire fighters and EMT's with a table set up two brehs one black/one PR you sign up for the training. They want more minorities in the force.

I wouldn't be surprised if he retired took that pension and focused only on music.

He has a 148,000 dollar a year Salary as a Fire Captain

He is dumber than the coke kingpins who wanna rap

He must be really passionate about music
But 44 years old da fukk?!?! :mindblown:

how is this a bad thing? he'd be making music whether we knew about it or not, no matter how old he is, because he enjoys to do so. that's what people who are true artists do. he was never shy about having a 9-5 and always said in interviews he held down a day job and rapped on the side for creative release. would it be more "real" if he was a full-time struggle rapper spitting ducktales and bouncing around between :scust:girls cribs for a place to sleep while he stunts on IG? or CC scams for a living?

holding down a job with a decent salary and pension while him and his wife own property in the most desired neighborhood in brooklyn and able to create uncompromising art on the side (which really isnt even "on the side" for him bc he gets paid from that too and is respected in the scene) is a bigger win than half these rappers... more than half probably. he knew his "type" of rap wouldn't be enough for him to make a living off of these days. ppl calling him a fraud, hes the perfect example of someone staying true to themselves and being realistic. this dude basically wrote the blueprint down but kids aren't trying to read it

a 'real hip hop' artist exposed as a fraud? The type of stan that's always yammering about mainstream hip hop frauds but deliberately avoids underground frauds? :lupe:

Ka stans (pretend and otherwise) get the fukk in here!

How is he a fraud? Because he has a gig? :camby:

Somebody snitched on him:ohhh:
