Lol black and Spanish folk are propping cuomo up

No we arent. Look at the numbers.

Bed Stuy, Crown Heights, and Flatbush showed out.

Cuomo did win the overall Black vote, I don't see numbers that breakdown the Hispanic vote.

The only reason I dont live in NYC is cause my parents moved 3 months before I was born.

I have family there.
You are not a New Yorker and you don’t know how it works here. Bloomberg was a good recovery mayor after 9/11 and deBlasio was just a good mayor in general. Dinkins did good shyt behind the scenes but racism ruined his mayorship. And Koch was a competent version of Adam’s. De Blasio progressive policies was popular, people just didn’t like him because he came off as being smarter than them.

If the moderates wanted to win they should have got a candidate who didnt have as much baggage as Cuomo and who could then run on ideas. Cuomo ran as an incumbent for a job he never had.
Brother I live here, what are you talking about.
Then you’re just incorrect. You’re right about the corporate interest but it’s not that dominant. Just like the party machine it works best when it happens behind closed doors. The Borough presidents are not running anything. City Council usually wants to rubber stamp shyt the mayor does until it becomes politically infeasible to do so, Adams just got caught being too corrupt that Adrienne Adams said fukk that and went left, the city is becoming more progressive because of ranked voting.

I don't want a mortgage. And maybe I'm used to the noise. I did grow up next to the BQE :russ:

If I ever wanted to move out of the city, it would be for a similarly dynamic place with lower rent prices.

Good for you. Just remember you dont own where you live so you gotta be ready to pack up if landlord tells you to bounce. My advice to you is dont wait until that happens because it can especially now. Buy a home if you can. Dont rely on renting.

Union wages are to tied together to attack. If a mayor went after them, the other unions would assume they would be next and it would be a shyt show. Most construction workers In the city isn’t union jobs, the guys who aren’t undocumented who do non union jobs get even more money per hour as a kick back for not being union.

Also quiet as kept the mafia is still making money off of that so to fukk with that you would have them breathing down your throat.

He fukking was. :hhh:

Lowest crime Rate while also telling the cops they better stop being as racist to black people, brought a ton of services to the city, he use to check them crazy Hassidic Jews as much as he could, while being respectful to Jewish people in general.

The worst thing he did was make cool with Bloomberg and put his people in charge of the real estate issue.

Like the way ya’ll talk about Boogymen running shyt and no one mentions Bloomberg by name tells me ya’ll don’t really know how shyt works.

Behind the cities gentrification problem is Bloomberg. fukk he’s the motherfukker who brought citibike to NYC and if you look at the data the more citibike stations in your neighborhood the more white people will move in sooner than later.

Bloomberg has made NYC more unlivable than any progressive ever has.

This is a deflection.

How do you want shyt to get built?

This is where leftists are eating themselves. AINT SUCH THING AS FREE.

Lower regulation and increase building opportunities…or subsidize things even more with taxes that just increases the final price of everything to people who already can’t afford it.

This is who yall are bigging up.
The worst thing he did was run for president that ended up with Trump winning…..

:picard: So bad….

compared to Adams who sold the city out for a pardon or Bloomberg who was like fukk a court decision I am not stopping stop and frisk, or Giuliani who told the cops it was ok to beat black people because of the broken window crime theory.

Yes, Bloomberg was the best mayor. You’re another person not from NYC talking about shyt you don’t understand.

That doesn’t mean he won with black folks.

Those communities are all gentrifying and some have large Jewish populations. Those communities although smaller are more likely to vote. In Crown Heights only about 25,000 voted at all.
