cities need to stop whining. reality is, in 5-8 years, i see a lot of people back in offices. recessions, stalled careers, loneliness, and capitalism will eventually push more workers back, until then, stop trying to make it all happen at once. no one cares yall aint collecting all the business and sales taxes you once were

New York progressives have made solid gains down the line as reps, but they really dropped the ball with Adams and Hochul's combination. We have reps that would be down to advance left legislation in a manner that could be really influential...but instead they're fighting to even shift the judicial chambers left, and Adams is out here being goofy AF as usual.

Hochul is a disaster. She got embarrassed by her own in state party for the shyt she tried to pull to force through that pro abortion judge.

What difference does it make of the job is being done? If someone can get their deliverables on time and high quality, it shouldn't matter.

I understand there are jobs that are required to be on site. I was doing manufacturing and quality engineering that needed me to be able to see the product before signing off on it. I switched to design, and I have been in the shop maybe twice in the last two years.

At a certain point, it's about control/making the office into a de facto labor camp. They tell you when to eat, piss, shyt, what to wear.
