Me and lady together bring in $355k yearly in salary so it's not a big deal for us...all of y'all sh*t talking just to be sh*t talking and it's clear most are talking through hate and disdain for the city itself.

Spoken like a selfish person that loves to see others suffer. All that money, and not even travel to other 1st world countries :smh:

Just as I go by my experiences of living in Miami for 12 years.

You may not fukk with the beach like that . But most Atliens don't fukk with mid-town like that. But guess what: it's still there. The first time I ever saw transgender people was in Miami when I worked in Aventura at the Sprint store there. The first time I ever seen cross dressers or a dowgay wasparade was downtown Miami. I worked for Discovery Cruises for a year and the amount of gay shyt I seen at the pier going in casino cruises used to make me sick personally.

If I were to compare it to Atlanta id probably give Atlanta the edge but it's close. But as bad as I think it is in both my homeboy who grew up in Miami that I used to play basketball at Cagni Park with before he moved to NY in 2002 tells me NY is even worse than Miami on terms of gay population influence

Nowhere close. I don't care if you lived there 12 years. You hung out in the tourist areas and you worked in the tourist areas. fakkits from all areas come to visit Miami just like everywhere else. In my original post I said every place has a faq section. SOBE in Miami. Wilton Manors in Lodi. As far as seeing through out the town heavy. No it aint like that. The cities I named in Miami you couldn't refute. You just keeping talking about the touristy areas which makes sense.

ATL is fukking out of control. It's not just in Midtown. I saw it when I lived in Marietta. I really cant see how you can't see it. The mall in Buckhead is completely fakkit. Name one mall like that in Miami. Predominately fakkit? :stopitslime: People really be in denial about the fagotry in ATL. shyt even their rappers are fakkit.

If the salary is true big baller than why don't you own anything there instead of renting? People joke about NY all the time, most of it is facts not hate. People are saying it's ridiculous to pay that kind of RENT and I agree. It's not just NY, but Frisco too. It's amazing how people love to be house poor and own nothing just to say they live there. :mjlol:

If he makes 355K a year you shouldn’t be questioning him on why he doesn’t own because clearly he has the money to do so

:mjlol:

And the comments on NY are actually hate when you realize in most American cities the majority of people especially black people are renters.

Ok. You love a city so much and you make so much, so you rent? :jbhmm: That makes so much sense.

NY is over rated and played out. Paying that kind of money to live there is asinine. Especially if you are renting. Most people no matter what color are not living in those high priced spots. But just average areas are ridiculous also.

To each is own. I'll take my residual income on my condo and home ownership in Palm Beach any day over NY or Cali :hubie:

You don’t even know the poster or his plans yet you are talking like you do lol.

Perhaps you should ask questions before speaking.

If NYC was overrated many young people from Palm Beach wouldn’t be flocking there making our rent expensive.

So please tell your fellow people to make it in south Florida and stop coming here.

Thank You!

The H
& realtors will try & convince you there isnt a bubble as long as theres people willing to pay. When people are spending their money ignorantly, they're hardly ever prepared for downturns. This is true for every major metro.

Dude is bragging about how much money he makes and is renting. I'm just pointing that fact out. Does he have you on his payroll or something? Cuz you're swinging from his nuts very hard. I'm pretty sure he is a capable man of answering my quote directed to him on his own. :scust:

It more like the other way around. Wack ass NYers flock to Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. A lot get job transfers with NY pay. So they pay whatever. It's an all time high for rent in South, FL. Glad I don't rent :francis:

Again if homie is making 355K a year which means he can clearly afford to own maybe you should start asking questions instead of assuming.

People need to save, build credit and have kids to even entertain the idea of owning homes.

:dahell:

And no it’s not the other way around people from South Florida are the top ten transplants in NYC. New Yorkers in Florida are mostly retired seniors dumb ass.

@jwonder all that talk about Palm Beach being “cheap” and you owning yet the owner-occupied rate for West Palm Beach is under 50%.

U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts: West Palm Beach city, Florida; Palm Beach County, Florida

It gets worse in Miami

Miami Has More Renters Than Homeowners, Study Says

Miami Has More Renters Than Homeowners, Study Says

You cappin as usual. The fact that you live in a cheaper market and most of your people are renting is the bigger issue

Where did I say Palm Beach is cheap? Who their right mind would ever say South FL is cheap? It's cheaper than NY period end of story. I took advantage of the market when it dropped. Sold two properties at almost double what I paid for when the market came back up. :yeshrug:

I knew Phoenix was the next big thing so took advantage there also. :mjlit: Can't help it if I concentrate on how to live better. I'm not about being house rich or living in areas that I can't afford. I could never see myself paying mortgage, car and having so little money left over like the average American does no matter what race. :francis:

Once again. You worrying about that man way too much. Get your mouth off his nuts. shyt wasn't even directed to you.

This bold is :duck:. You clearly don't know shyt about South, FL because plenty of the NYers are not retired, I worked with a ton of them dumb ass. They are primarily in the Ft. Lodi, Boca area. But enough going back and forth with you. You are clearly well misinformed.

I already said before that me and her were thinking about moving but we both love the city (both born & raised her) and as far as "owning" anything we've explored the possibilities but we're not ready for that yet.

The Coli's (TLR rather) obsession with finding anything to talk shyt*t about NYC shows how much low-key many wish they were from the city, and the fact that everytime somebody mentions NYC just about everybody gets their panties in a bunch :mjlol:.

It's true we are banking like that :umad: get a better job and level up :coffee: it's that simple :win:.

{I ain't about to keep going back and forth with this nonsense.}
