Cost of living. NYC started the whole 2 figure pack of cigarette game. It was $12-$14 per pack like 5 years ago. Obviously you get the Virginia taxed packs from the bodega but it's still the general principle of the matter.

The street sweepers on the morning. You have to double park the whip by 10. And put it back by 11. You could be out at 11:01 and you get ticket?!! Living in an apartment with no parking is the worst yo.
