Rats live at most a cpl hundred feet from their food source. They don’t give a fuk about the zip code. NYCs problem is all the restaurants leaving garbage out and the amount of construction. Chicago is actually now considered rat capital of the US mostly mostly bc of the construction. Anytime u demo a building all the rats inside are flushed out
