Can't say I really disagree with anything he said...
Some black people are owed something, but how do you do it equitably, without unfairly fukking over someone else? The window of opportunity to do that is already long gone....
If reps is something black people wish to pursue, it will have to be in the form of political policies. I maintain that Bernie Sanders was the closest thing black people were going to get up until this point to reps. But black people overwhelmingly rejected him.
Keep in mind, for a straight cash exchange:
1. Congress would have to pass a reps bill.
2. It would be challenged in the Supreme Court, and it would almost certainly be deemed unconstitutional.
