It speaks volumes that it's 2021 and this the second clip I've seen of him copping pleas about his tenure half a decade ago. Shouldn't they have some laurels to rest on since then instead of going the, "I know I didn't give yall what you wanted.....and it's hard to do what yall ask for" route? a ton of people who voted for the first time and began paying attention to politics for the first time got their hearts broken. that's what happened
the change campaign had me bracing for impact since it hit peek popularity. it was never going to live up to that hype. that still doesn't mean people should be turned off and turned away. people can make all the excuses they want but all they saying is they comfortable letting someone else decide for them how life in America looks and how it affects them. there's no sleeping on politics
I could be wrong, but I don’t recall him saying a word when the photos came out about ICE whipping the black immigrants..yet he’s front and center campaigning. If it happened under a different administration, he would be very vocal.
