Obama is and will go down as a terrible president. nikka never did a god damn thing for black men. He didn't have to rewrite the constitution he just had to do anything. Firstly, don't forget that welfare was created for white women.

Secondly, as someone who works in welfare, there are plenty of whites receiving welfare. They like to go to cities with a high population of blacks and show them as the face of welfare. While pretending all these trail or parks don't exist!
