I blame the liberal media

And no, I am NOT joking

They are not taking Trump to task at the levels they should. They are treating him like a real candidate instead of the joke that he is.

He should be getting absolutely grilled at every turn.

This isn't a matter of red vs blue. Trump is unequivocally unfit to be president. Save the fair and balanced reporting for a normal election year

The people supporting Trump dont look at the media that does grill him. They ONLY watch Fox News, the Fox News that had someone say the slaves who built the White House didnt have it bad at all.

A Rasmussen poll taken over the last 2 days shows Hillary +1. Yes, Rasmussen.
With Rasmussen you can always give a 2-3 point slide to the democratic side because they always oversample and over bias towards republicans.

So she more than likely has a realistic 3-4 point lead.

There is really no point in bashing Trump because his supporters are overwhelmingly racist white bigots from the lower and middle class and they are voting for trump because his entire platform is code word speak for get rid of everybody in america but white people...they don't care about his politices, they don't care about his tax returns, they don't care about his failed bankruptcies and failed busines ventures, they don't care about his lawsuits, which is the most insane thing because Trump stays getting sued by working class people that his base identifies with...

shyt's like arguing with a blind and deaf person....they can't see the shyt you are trying to show them and they can't hear the shyt you are trying to say to them...

It's rather beautiful really...all these salty white people begging billionaire trump to help them...their is the part of me that wants trump to win than for no other reason than to watch him fail miserably at everything and crush the poor and middle white class...because he will crush them...no other president in the history of our nation has the potential to harm large portions of the white population in this country than donald trump does...

It's not fake. It's called teamwork. Professionalism. I've been on teams with people I don't like, but I recognize that we've got a job to do and won't accomplish our goals if we don't work together. If I see you somewhere later I prob won't chill with you but when we're working, let's get it.
I've always been the only black person in my department at work (engineer), so I have a few Tea Party types of coworkers I could never get along with socially.
But I really enjoyed their depressed faces when Obama got reelected... That was some real potent ether:ahh:

I'm not concerned about those people.

I'm concerned about center or right-leaning independents

Romney easily beat Obama among so-called "independents" in 2012. Most of them are just republicans who use the label to flatter themselves as politically open-minded (many Tea Party members are registered "independents" too). That's why the Obama campaign never panicked when polls showed that he was losing them.
Studies have shown that more than 80 percent of "independents" vote the same party over and over... They're not moderates (Obama won those), that's the difference.
They're just as partisan as everyone else:rudy:

Poll: Clinton leads Trump by 9 in Pennsylvania

Poll: Clinton leads Trump by 9 in Pennsylvania
By NICK GASS

07/28/16 12:29 PM EDT

On the night she is set to accept the Democratic nomination in Pennsylvania's most populous city, Hillary Clinton holds a 9-point lead over Donald Trump in the latest Suffolk University survey, in no small part thanks to a strong performance in the Philadelphia metro area.

In a head-to-head matchup with the Republican nominee, Clinton earned 50 percent to Trump's 41 percent, with 8 percent undecided, said the survey, released Thursday. The 9-point margin is the same shown by an NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll conducted earlier in July, which had Clinton at 45 percent and Trump at 36 percent.

Although the Democratic nominee has won every presidential election in Pennsylvania dating back to Bill Clinton in 1992, Trump has campaigned heavily in the state, putting it on the map as a top target. On Wednesday, both Trump and his running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, stumped in Vice President Joe Biden's hometown of Scranton.

Clinton offset Trump's advantages in the western and central parts of the state with a large lead among southwest Pennsylvania and Philadelphia-area voters.

When Clinton and Trump were matched in the poll against Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party candidate Jill Stein, Clinton's margin over Trump was the same, at 9 points — 46 percent to 37 percent. Johnson earned 5 percent, while Stein took 2 percent and 9 percent were undecided among those candidates.

The telephone survey was conducted Monday through Wednesday, surveying 500 likely voters with an overall margin of error of plus or minus 4.4 percentage points.

In every election republicans keep saying that PA is up for grabs, even though they haven't won it since 1988.
Remember Romney's last-minute stops here? Obama still won it despite the state economy being awful in 2012.
Republicans are always interested in PA because it has the 2nd oldest population behind Florida...
But all those old whites in Pennsyltucky (aka Alabama) can't outvote Philly and Pittsburgh:obama:

7M in Philly metro, 13M total in Pennsylvania. You're right, they always overrate PA as a toss up state. She'll have a Democratic governor working on her behalf....Joe Biden and Bob Casey in Scranton, Mayor Jim Kenney and Nutter working in Philly, Pennsylvania Democratic bosses Robert Brady and Ed Rendell working the machine on her behalf. I wouldn't be surprised if Hillary won it by 10 pts.
