you don't know what you talking about, dev kits are not always a true reflection of finalized specs. its the base line. for example; ps4 dev kits had 4GB of ram. the killzone shadowfall demo at ps4 reveal only used that because of the dev kit specs Inside Killzone: Shadow Fall

if sony is not already locked in production they can certainly alter their specs, the real question is would cost/price escalate to a point where it would not beneficial to match scorpio's specs

That's an internal demo, it's not something that was passed out to devs, with a deadline and specific specs.

Scorpio GPU 6 Teraflops.

shyt will run pretty much low/medium settings 4K/30fps.

Sir, you cannot upgrade any ol spec at anytime during the development process. Adding ram is EASY, adding everyting else isn't. One upgrade affects who the rest of the unit (system) runs. So doing what you speak of would create bottlenecks.

Yes, I'm pro xbox. But that doesn't mean what I said isn't FACT just now Sony could change its specs, but it wouldn't be something as simple as what happened with the PS4 is all I'm saying

unveiling Scorpio gave microsoft a solid show but also buried their xbox S. the xbox S is clearly the alternative for people not willing to spend the extra money or who don't need high end graphics.

this is the business model they have to go with to succeed if companies are planning to have a fast console cycle. you can't price/push out the casuals.

Fast forward today, Scorpio is announced by Microsoft which is exactly what the PS4Neo will be as already confirmed by Sony months ago and this guy is like "masterfully done, your move Sony."

@Liquid I just wanted to add that, the sony wishing and hoping post are just as prevalent as my post which you probably find annoying.
