having a tom brady or an aaron rodgers is a blessing- theyre hof qbs. and yet neither was selected high up in the draft and neither was drafted to a barren team.
a hof defender has the same impact. revis in his prime or ray lewis in their prime had the same effect.

why would you choose someone like stafford over two elite defenders ? exactly.

Ndamukong Suh is going to the Hall of Fame, yet our defense wasn't about shyt, including 660 yards given up in a playoff game, until Darius Slay, Ziggy Ansah, and Deandre Levy stepped forward. Even so, our 2014 defense was a moment in time with many moving parts. Not easily duplicated. See the 'impact' in Miami?

I wasn't all that impressed with Chandler Jones last year.


Patriot fans were right about him disappearing for games at a time.


There was a stretch where he went 5 games without recording a single sack last season.


Just seemed nonexistent a lot of the time.I could see him getting paid and losing his


"passion" for the game.



Would've rather saved that money for Markus Golden.Breh is all motor and effort.

Do the Seahawks really need AD? I think Rawls and Prosise are both good running backs and we didn't get to see much of them together last year but can be a good 1-2 punch.

The goalposts are being moved in here, and the argument keeps changing with every post. It starts with a QB not being worth that high pick, then it turns into "Oh, only elite QB's are worth more than defensive players".

The majority of the QB's that remained were either elite or more than average during those seasons. The QB position is without a doubt the most important position.

That defense should be legit, as long as they stay healthy. They need some offensive linemen & some form of a rushing attack. Didn't even have a 500 yard rusher last season

ARob had a bad year, dropped too many easy passes. Seemed to mentally check out of games if he didn't get the ball early.
