Biden not acknowledging that there's not a system in this country set to deal with this. National Emergency is a blanket term but if the infrastructure isn't set it doesn't mean much. Especially if this thing mutates. A crisis shouldn't tell people that health care is a right.

There's a bit of a disconnect between M4A and this crisis... under a national emergency they can pass legislation which they tried to do to cover everyone under the crisis.
