With something like health insurance you're just changing who the bill is sent to, still a huge fight. Changing the tax system is changing how the country funds itself completely. If it's just supplemental to cover UBI then that's fine but if he's taking on the IRS and state taxes that's a huge undertaking that I don't think has huge benefits but to fund his program.Yea clearly more than just the vat would go into implementation of UBI, this is obvious to everyone. UBI will lift 20 million people who live in poverty and receive no benefits whatsoever.
