Healthcare facilities are already shutting down in rural areas due to projecting they will functionally be axed next year. Many people are going to die before the unrest really kicks up. That happens when red areas that benefit from blue tax bases can't be saved. Folks in cities are already bracing because being in a diverse population will do that.
